Put a 2, 3, 4, or 5 (in desired order) next to any other Methodology you would also like to do.

your Signed Independent Contractor form.

If Ken can’t get on immediately, he will call you back, giving him the opportunity to “welcome you aboard” and answer any questions you might have and get you up and running creating sales for us and lots of commissions for you! Independent Agent Agreement
I agree to the following.
I am an adult over 18 years of age. I am offering my services to Masterpiecebanner.com a division of Arturion Inc. a California corporation. I am an independent contractor. I am not an Employee and therefore carry my own insurances for health and accidents.
I understand a 1099 IRS Tax Form will be filed annually when my annual Commissions exceed $600.
I release the company from any liability from any incidents or accidents that may cause bodily harm or death while performing activities relating to my Independent Contractor-Agent position. I further indemnify the company from any Lawsuits from any of my relatives.

Independent Contractor-Agent Payout Plan;

The Independent Contractor-Agent receives a 10% Commission on all paid for sales, originated by the Agent, on, any and all, Signage and Art Products.

Note: Almost 100% of our sales are paid for “Up Front” at the time of ordering (no waiting for production and shipping time) = Quick Commission Payments.
Commission payments are made on the first Friday after receipt of payment from customer.

Masterpiecebanner.com will keep the Independent Contractor-Agent apprised (by Email) of the status of all of his/her Lead Submissions on a continual basis for as long as the Independent Contractor-Agent is active. If Lead Submission activity has ceased,*(no leads for 30 days) Then Lead Status Up-dates and Commission Payments shall Still continue for a period, of three months after Independent Contractor-Agent Potential Customer Lead Submission activity has ceased, at which time commissions shall cease.

General Description of independent Agent Services to the Company

Finding businesses, organizations, Schools, teams etc..,
who are in need of “at least one”, Signage Item and would like more information and/or a price quote. The MasterpieceBanner.com agent will exclusively use only the Marketing Methodologies that are offered by Masterpiecebanner.com and/or approved for the Agent to utilize.

New Marketing Methodology suggestions are welcomed. MasterpieceBanner.com Agents may use their own marketing methodologies only if, first submitted, in writing, and then approved, in writing, by the company.

Cancelation

This agreement can be canceled by either party immediately by Postal Mail or Email
notification to the other party. Any monies already due to the independent contractor
cannot be canceled and will be paid promptly in accordance with This Agreement as expressed above.
